I have purchased approximately 20 Ford vehicles. This was absolutely the best purchase experience to date. Gilbert Thomas was fantastic. I was turning in a 2007 Ford MKZ lease car and Gilbert's help just over the phone got me to drive 30 miles to buy a car from him instead of buying from the dealership I purchased my 2007 at and is 3 miles from my house. Recently, I attended the Auto Show in Houston, TX, in anticipation of my purchasing a new car. Out of all the cars there, my eye and my interest gravitated toward the Mercury Mariner Hybrid. I researched the vehicle on the internet, and quite by chance I contacted your very best salesmen, Jamie Sausser for a test drive. I immediately felt his enthusiasm for the vehicle; he went into great detail about the safety features and how his product equaled or exceeded other vehicles of much higher cost. He emphasized the engineering and manufacturing quality. Mr. Sausser had two Mercury Mariner Hybrids on his lot, but both were white. He put forth the heroic effort to find the color and features I wanted. He patiently talked me through my “sticker shock,” and assured me that the car I had chosen was good value and that I would be very pleased in the years to come. He also assured me he would be there for questions, advice, or future instructions after the sale. I’m very please with the friendly professionalism of your salesman, Jamie Sausser
